Situated in the commercial area of Bahria town, the building has five dedicated floors for residential apartments with small shops on the ground floor. Two existing build- ing structures were combined into one building which involved retrofitting of structure. Designed in contemporary yet elegant style, facades of the building offer a mixture of modern and conservativeness with the use of travertine stone and well-designed metal screen patterns.
