This building is designed to create a popular destination for fashion, arts, food and leisure activities. It consists of three floors, ground and first floor offering retail and food activities whereas the second floor has leisure and fitness activities including outdoor terraces. Low rise retail floors are designed to human scale and present traditional colours like terracotta, whereas the top floor features more high tech finish, giving a blend of futuristic architecture.
