Rijas 05 is a residential cum commercial building consisting of six residential floor with commercial shops on its ground floor. Being located on a corner plot, emphasis is given to the corner by opening providing celebrating large balconies. For its facade, a contemporary language is combined with organised vertical bands of windows to blend modernity with elegance.
